At Mighty Atom we believe in connecting across disciplines and building collective knowledge and understanding. We know that there is rich learning to be had through bringing diverse experiences together and we are delighted to be collaborating extensively within the Education Sector; bringing our learning from Business to the table and making this accessible for Heads and their Schools.

Susan has 10 years of experience working in both Primary and Secondary Schools As an NQT she implemented the then new Key Stage 1 SATS roll out and went on to introduce the first A level Psychology syllabus.

Susan is currently working with Challenge Partners, running workshops for their managers and members including the flagship programm ‘Getting Ahead London’. Other clients include: Inspire Partnership, Royal Wootton Bassett Academy, Rushey Mead Acadamy, Knowsley Council and the Achieving for Children Charity as well as many individual Schools.

Integrating her professional experiences and psychological expertise, Susan likes to work with clients to help them achieve their goals effectively, their way. She delivers an eclectic, practical and pragmatic approach on an individual, team basis or organisational level.

Susan has 10 years of teaching experience and 20 years of experience in leadership development, team dynamics and coaching. She has worked for SME’s, Education Trusts and globally with top firms such as PwC, Schroders and Arup designing leadership programmes, coaching teams and Leaders. An accredited Coach with degrees in Psychology and qualifications including The Leadership Circle, MBTI, Firo-B, Hogan and SD1.
